I’m thinking about doing some heavy advertising/promoting in the next month or so, maybe some spring mini-sessions? Hmm, I’ll have to think about this. In the meantime, I finally found spring in my backyard!! Can’t wait for the lilacs to bloom. Hope everyone is enjoying the great weather as much as I am!

{Busy, Busy} March 25, 2010
I’ve been incredible busy over the past few weeks. I’d like to say its photography related but it’s not =( Between my son breaking a finger and ending his baseball season before it began or my daughter’s ballet, doctor’s appointments, concerts and spring cleaning I haven’t had much time for anything else. Luckily spring is here and we can get back outside for some pictures! Here is my beautiful Mikaela in her ballet clothes and her goofy new sunglasses.

Seriously…. I can’t take much more winter! I’m thrilled to be heading into a new month and leaving February behind – that’s one month closer to spring! While snow can be pretty to photograph, it doesn’t have many other redeeming qualities…
So here’s to hoping that spring will make an early appearance (for my sanity’s sake!)

Where does the time go? Can’t believe it’s already time to start the birthday party planning! It’s a little bittersweet since this is my last – the last first birthday extravaganza i’ll ever get to throw! Sigh.

A new website and blog are in the works! I’ve changed my logo and colors so many times over the past two years it’s almost hard to tell what’s me anymore! Hopefully this time I’ve figured it out……. for good! So far i’m happy with the new look and can’t wait to launch it (hopefully) next week!

I had a busy, fun-filled weekend spending quality time with the family. We did our yearly trip to the pumpkin farm and decorated the house for Halloween, my husband’s FAVORITE holiday! I have another busy weekend coming up with 2 photo sessions and celebrating my father’s birthday, I can’t wait. Here’s a couple from our trip to the farm! Enjoy!

My niece was born on September 17, 2009, and I was fortunate enough to get to photograph her 4 days later. Elizabeth is a beautiful girl and a great addition to our family! Congrats Megan and Nick.

Spent an afternoon with this family a few weeks ago for some photos. I’m falling behind on these posts but really working on making the effort!! Even with a tired little girl and a little boy who just wanted to play at the park, I think I captured some good images!
